This Privacy Policy applies to Dreampath Consulting (“Dreampath”) and all of its associated domains, products and services.

We do not share, trade or rent any customer information with third parties.

Dreampath cares about Customer and User privacy and the security of their personal information.

Dreampath agrees to maintain a privacy policy that will identify the types of information collected, how it is collected and how it is stored.

Dreampath collects information such as names and emails to aid in providing a product or service which includes courses, downloadable materials and newsletters.

Customers and Users may provide information through a contact form, an order form, a landing page, a subscription to a service, or by sharing their information through other marketing offers.

A Customer or User name and email address may be added to a marketing email list when they share their information. Customer information is captured and kept through Keap software.
Users and Customers can unsubscribe from email lists by the unsubscribe link or by contacting for deletion.

Terms and Conditions – Courses

We accept payments through PayPal. Some User or Customer data will be passed to PayPal such as the purchase total and billing information. We comply with PayPal’s privacy policy.

The purchase of any course material is non-transferrable.

Any information collected about the User or Customer is for the sole benefit of the User or Customer as is required to process payments and to access materials.

Reposting, reproducing, transferring, screen capturing, or misusing information or course content or documentation is strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms will be grounds for legal action.

The Customer or User will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials for all activities on their account for the duration of their course. Should there be any suspicion of an account breach, the User or Customer must notify Dreampath Consulting.
